Job Description工作描述:
熟悉钓具行业的发展现状，准确把握渔具行业发展方向，负责既定品牌产品线的规划、引进和开发，制定有效市场策略及活动，提升品牌竞争力，并确保产品销量和市场占有率。

Responsibilities 职责:

1. 负责品牌的运营及市场活动；
2. 通过产品线的有效管理，建立品牌的市场地位；
3. 负责产品线的规划、引进及并和供应商合作开发新产品;
4. 控制产品线的预算、毛利以及制定产品改进计划;
5. 制定有效的市场策略及组织市场支持活动，促进产品销售及提升品牌地位；
6. 对相关产品线的技术服务提供支持

Requirements要求:
1. 喜好并擅长钓鱼活动；熟悉渔具行业的发展现状。
2. 在著名消费品公司（最好是外企）从事过品牌及市场管理工作，担任过类似职务；
3. 大学本科学历( 专业方向: 产品市场商业管理, 原材料科学, 市场学, 工程类);
4. 英语口语流利，能参加美方的电话会议；
5. 工作地点在北京。

Job Description:
Well understand the current situation of Fishing tackle industry, foresee the developing trend. Manage the brand building and position, including analysis and portfolio improvement by product development for local market, improve the brand’s competiveness and grow sales.

Responsibilities:
1. Management of the dedicated brand, improve its image and awareness
2. Given the market situation, planning the right product strategy; Co-operation with the vendor to develop new products;
3. Controlling of product line budgets, margin and set-up of improvement plans, further development of sales through realization of marketing activities and sales support;
4. Systematic penetration of strategic target markets and customers together with sales team;
5. Support in customer complaint management for related product lines.

Requirements:
1. Favor and good at fishing sports and familiar with the industry;
2. A working experience of branding or marketing in the famous consumable company, a multi-national is plus,
3. University degree (Product marketing business administration, material science, marketing, Industrial engineering);
4. Customer oriented skills, efficient in Self-organization, strong commitment and strong in communication;
5. Fluent Business English both in oral and written; excellent in software such as MS Office;
6. This position is located in Beijing.
