General Requirements:

1. Responsible for taking the lead in developing all marketing materials, strategies, marketing plans, projects and other marketing related activities for the ELM LAL Program, including supervising training within the territory.

2. Responsible for preparing marketing plan, including targets, for designated territory, implementing said plan and ensuring targets are met

3. Gather marketing information about current and future needs in the market

4. To contribute to the work of ELM and ELM LAL in a variety of ways not specifically listed.

5. To translate, as required, all such information as is provided by LAL into the primary languages of the Territory, where such translation it necessary to provide for the successful realisation of the Service

6. Performance reviews are conducted inline with performance appraisal calendar

Operational requirements:

1. Provide relevant product, commission and pricing strategies for the Territory

2. Conduct regular sales trips to include key account visits, new agents and attendance at key B2B and B2C fairs

3. Perform with maximum activity and effort to meet and exceed net revenue targets for each of the operations managed by the Suppliers in each of the designated countries within the

Territory such as adult year round schools, seasonal summer centres

4. Plan and execute sales campaigns

5. To keep accurate records of the students number of weeks sold within the designated territory and to provide this information to the CEO, ELM LAL Manager on a regular basis.

6. Other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time are undertaken

Others:

- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in a related field (Business, Education, English, Tourism, …)

- Thorough knowledge of language training programs, …

- Comprehensive professional experience at management level in an international education, and/or tourism context is a plus

- Experience with management and leadership of a team

- High level oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese

- High level problem solving skills

- Customer service orientation
