The Role & Key Responsibilities:

? Verifying contract & commercial terms with vendors
? Reviewing quotations - to review the details of quotations, and align
? Communicating with vendors / internal stakeholders
? Creating vendor codes - to obtain necessary information from the new vendors and support finance team to raise vendor code
? Creating Purchase Orders in SAP system
? Documenting PO data - to update the electronic PO and PR data accurately and on time
? Collating paper PO - to document paper PO and supporting documents to an auditable standard
? Facilitate signing of PO & Contract - to obtain the relevant signatures in line with DOA
? Releasing PO & Contract to functional heads
? Collating PO & Contract counter signatures
? Assisting in the creation of quarterly and annual reports

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

? Bachelor or Master Degree;
? Work experience in Multi-national company or related field;
? Ability to work within a team
? Good English (written and spoken) language skills, good communication (in verbal and written) skills;
? Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.).
