职位描述
岗位职责：
1、前台接待，转接电话；
2、收发传真、信件；
3、发布行政条例及通告；
4、按照行政日、周、月工作表进行工作；
5、管理行政供应商，保障供应商服务质量；
6、管理办公用品及公司物料的领用、库存；
7、购买公司日常保洁及访客用品；
8、员工出差机票、火车票预订；
9、文体活动场地预订、登记；
10、协助考勤-请假单收取、归放；
11、招聘辅助--接待应聘者、发放面试题；
12、协助其他部门员工做好相应配合工作；
任职要求：
1、1-2年前台工作经验者优先；
2、大专以上学历；
3、普通话流利；
4、良好的英文书写表达能力；
5、熟练使用word excel powerpoint等办公软件；
6、灵活、踏实、性格温和、待人亲切；
7、工作细心、勤奋、责任心强；
8、有北京户口者优先。
