RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establish training systems.

2. Establish and improve examination, grade and certification system for trainees.

3. Conduct and supervise training and development programs.

4. Take overall responsibility for training courses and materials preparation and updates.

5. Train trainers in teaching methods and skills and provide them with performance evaluation.

6. Ensure trainees’ overall skills and attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. More than 2 years successful training working experience in multinational company

3. Professional training knowledge

4. Strong computer skills (Excel, PPT etc.)

5. Strong communication skills and logistic thinking

6. Strong planning and organizing skills

7. Fluent in English & Chinese

8. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, focus on the details
