POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-Development on settlement system including background applications and service portals coming along with AICENT telecommunications services
-Development on scalable billing/traffic/monitoring reports to cope with the increasing developing of service structure and operator contracts
-Development on internal OSS/CRM system to support overall products and service

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields from well-known universities
-Above 2 years of JAVA development experience, at least one year related working experience. Experience on billing/rating/monitoring or BSS/OSS system preferred will be a plus
-Knowledge on object-oriented design (related key words can be UML, Class Structure, Database Relationship and Design Pattern)
-Have project experience on Java/J2EE, XML, Database/SQL, and Web portal
-Have project experience on Struts, Hibernate, Spring and related web/business frameworks.
-Familiar with Unix/Solaris, and have experience on shell script
-Knowledge on telecom industry will be a plus.
-Write technical document in English fluently.
-Good communications skills with a team player attitude, and work actively and efficiently.
