岗位职责:
? 应答亚洲客户的咨询电话并处理相关订单手续
? 处理问询并接受和处理客户新订单。 订单确认并根据实际情况通知订单送货日期。管理客户欠交货订单。调查客户反馈, 并做相应处理以及存档。
? 与库房以及物流协作,及时处理一切发货事宜。
? 与其他客服专员一同努力促进与客户以及销售团队的关系。
? 与客户进行日常沟通,并能够主动、及时、准确的处理客户的一切询问和查询。
? 确保订单的准确性和实效性
? 确保所有其他信息的准确性,并能够方便其他部门查阅。
? 作为客服团队中的一员,能够与其他组员一起合作增加团队的灵活性,实效性,并继续完善公司的客户服务计划。
? 与销售团队紧密合作并帮助销售代表拓展业务。
? 完成主管交代的其他工作。
岗位要求:
? 有良好的俄语会话、读写能力者优先
? 有良好的粤语听说能力者优先
? 熟练的中英文口语及写作技能
? 极佳的电话沟通技能口齿伶俐,语言表达能力强
? 能够在压力下完成工作
? 追求细节
? 能够熟练使用网络所搜国内外客户信息
? 有较强的团队工作能力
? 有客服经验者优先
? 有高度的责任心和客户服务意识,亲和力强,能细心、耐心对待用户咨询
? 熟练使用Windows及Offic
? 有使用国外ERP系统经验者优先
? 本科或以上学历,专业不限
The Customer Service Representative is in charge of:
· Answering the in-bound customer service calls and process associated administration (invoice,delivery notes,..)
· Handling inquiries, accepting and processing orders, acknowledging orders at the best cost for the company, establishing and acknowledging delivery dates, managing back orders, investigating customer complaints, establishing and working with customer priorities, filing.
· As part of the customer service team, working on improving the relationship with customers and sales force.
· Communicate with customers on a day to day basis, dealing with all enquires and queries in a helpful, proactive and responsive manner.
· Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that any queries are deal with timely manner
· Ensuring all records are accurate, easy to access and correct
· Working with the customer service team to improve teamwork, flexibility and efficiency to continually develop our customer care program
· Working closely with the sales team and helping the sales representatives to develop their territories.
Reporting to Manager, based in Beijing office, China
Skills and Strengths needed:
· Excellent telephone manners
· Ability to handle stress and change
· Attention to detail
· Fluency in English and Mandarin
· Ability to show initiative
· Ability to investigate and research countries for new customers
· Calm, polite, level headed
· Numerate

· Fluency in Russian or Cantonese prefered
