Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for China Label &package and E-Mechanicals commodity management, strengthening the supplier long term capability as the presence of low cost region. like commodity performance management and improvement
Support global Label &Package and E-Mechanicals commodity strategy in China and global mechanical supplier performance management promotion
Responsible for local supplier performance management, like cost analysis, payment, lead time, service, and so on
Coordinate the team decision on local supplier selection, business award
QBR management and supplier audit
Support procurement and SE group on supplier delivery, inventory and quality performance improvement
Support NPI project

Job Requirements:
Supply Chain professional with >7 years experience as a mechanical commodity manager, or sourcing engineer with a proven track record in a high tech environment with global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Exceptional communication skills and team player with the ability to influence others while maintaining strong relationships. Ability to manage cross-functional teams driving execution on critical issues.
Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and experience with high and low cost region, expert in low cost region sourcing.
Knowledge and experience in metal processing area is preferred, like machining, stamping, and so on.
MBA or equivalent experience; above BS in mechanical engineering discipline is preferred.
Computer skills required with ability to work within the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Oracle ERP experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally; expect ~30-40% travel.
Great team work, and act as one respected team player.
Willing to face challenge, open mind, and energetic.
