Business Title: Finance Analyst, Greater China Commercial
Report to: FP&A Manager, Greater China Commercial
Organization Name: Tektronix CFO organization
Job Responsibilities
?Planning, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis activities for GC related operations for Tektronix. These include business units, engineering, service, marketing and support functions.　
?Timely reporting, performance updates and indicator tracking.
?Ensures accurate monthly/weekly forecast that are supported by reasonable and well balanced assumptions and actions are in place to meet/exceed targets.
?Take leadership in managing discount, OPEX, and other financials, partner with local commercial leaders providing financial analysis and improvement actions.
?Performs analysis on sales funnel, backlog, and revenue
?Assists in the development short-range financial programs in support of the corporation's financial objectives
?Develops analysis of pricing and marketing programs
?Develops analysis of cost of sales and expenses
?Lead through process excellence, and systematically increase productivity; requires the ability to influence others thinking and to gain acceptance of change in cross-functional areas.
?Provide executive management with detailed analysis of P&L, performance metrics, and develops actionable counter measures when results are falling short of target

Job Requirements


?5~8 years FA experience, and progressive responsible roles at MNC's
?Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (oral and writing)
?Accounting certificates, and MBA preferred
?Good knowledge of ERP systems including Oracle and Hyperion
?Strong results orientation and a sense of urgency
?Well-rounded analyst with the utmost integrity, business partnering and influencing skills, and a track record of creating value added financial analysis for tangible results, and working with high-performing teams
?Ability to command respect of peers and subordinates alike
?Always challenge status quo with innovative ideas, and possess a passion for identification and implement of "Continuous Improvement" initiatives
?A hands-on professional and an effective communicator with the ability to influence at senior level and thrive in a dynamic environment

?Must be business-savvy, and able to function as a value added business partner to senior local commercial management
