Job Responsibilities:

Prime for new product introduction process development and define overall product manufacturing process flow
Set up all elements for Lean Cell and ensure Lean Cell operation under all DBS criteria
Drive continuous improvement on productivity improvement and process optimization
Work instruction draft and update
Production tools, fixtures and equipments planning, setup and maintenance
Standard hours study and update
ECO evaluation and implementation
BOM and routing audit for new products
Oracle mfg and OQS system maintenance and upgrade



Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is preferred
3 years' experience in electronics related industry
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
AutoCAD skills are preferred
Computer literate skills; detail orientated; and ability to work in a team;
Ability to acquire skills necessary to assemble, service, and troubleshoot process related equipment.
Good oral and written communication skills in English
