职位描述
Job Description:
1. To assist in interpretation, draft, review and preparation of contracts, response to inquiries and other legal documents pertinent;
2. To provide legal advice to internal clients for daily operational matters of a wide coverage of PRC law related issues;
3. To assist in the general compliance and regulatory management;
4. To assist in the preparation of documents and support in the coordination pertinent to other departments;
5. To provide auxiliary support as instructed from time to time related to the legal and compliance affairs.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3+ years related working experience;
3. Be patient, discreet and good team spirit.
