Job Responsibilities:

Training Management

1. Assist the superior to establish the training system for Corporate office and support BL (business line) build up their own
2. Work with dept heads, utilize effective and efficient ways/tools to conduct yearly training needs survey in corporate office and support all China BL as well
3. Analyze the output of training needs survey and assist to work out yearly training plan/schedule.
4. Communicate with dept heads to budget whole-year training activities. Monitor and control all training activities to make sure all training expenses reasonably and effectively meet the budget
5. Follow up and evaluate each training course. Make training report periodically to feedback to management.
6. Propose training SOP and policies on current condition and promote each decided SOP and policy into practice
7. Responsible for the whole process of group management training projects independently in China.
8. Work closely /keep good relationship with external training vendors and introduce effective training courses as needed
9. If needed, assist to build up an internal trainer team and manage all internal trainers (both full time and part time)

Training course development and delivery

1. Work as an independent internal trainer to develop and delivery training courses.
2. Manage all internal training courses and make all materials related to each training course (PPT, handouts, trainer/trainee handbook and other training tools)
3. Internalize external training courses by attending external courses/seminars
4. Introduce and modify training courses from HQ or other BG/BU if needed


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree is must, Master degree is plus

2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in reputable MNCs

3. Good knowledge on training management and experienced trainer with good training skills
4. Be good at both written and spoken English
5. Skillfully use Office Application software.

6. Independent, good team player, communicator, fast learner, multi-task holder and result oriented
