Major Responsibilities:

· Review accounting vouchers in the accounting system;

· Ensure that the Finance Department adopts the SPL/SOL accounting policies and procedures and that the accounting records are kept properly and in order;

· Prepare reliable and accurate statutory financial reports required by the company management in time (Monthly, Quarterly and yearly);

· Prepare financial package to SPL/SOL finance;

· Assist General Manager and Finance manager in coordinating and preparing the Company’s annual budget and three year plan;

· Responsible for NC/JDE system setting, maintenance and user training;

· To properly manage company’s taxation and fixed assets;

· Other projects or tasks as assigned.

· Finance Officer- AP / AR

· Cashier

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

· University degree in Finance & Accounting;

· CPA qualification;

· Above 8 years of accounting experience, minimum 3 years of team management;

· Computer knowledge in NC or JDE, spreadsheet and word processor;

· Good written and spoken knowledge of Mandarin and English.

· 按会计准则要求提供财务报表（月度，季度，年度）；

· 协助总经理以及财务经理编报财务预算；

· 总体管理部门税务及固定资产事项；

· 其他上级要求事项。

管理下属员工： 应收/应付款会计, 出纳

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求：

· 财务会计大学本科学历；

· 中国注册会计师；

· 8年以上工作经验,至少3年团队管理经验；

· NC或JDE操作经验；

· 中英文流利。
