职位描述
Senior Game Designer
Responsibilities
- Creates the 'Design Vision' for the given project.
- Works with the Lead Designer/Producers and developers to define, plan and iterate game features to a high quality standard.
- Documents game feature requirements that can be effectively communicated to programmers and artists.
- Trains, mentors and tasks junior game designers.
- Analyze game metrics/feedback and make design decisions based upon them.
- Works on all aspects of game design, from system design, to story, balance, UI/UX design, etc
Qualifications
- A Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least 5 years working in the game industry.
- At least 3 years working as a Game Designer.
- Proven contributor to the design of the major systems of at least 2 published titles.
- In depth knowledge of social and casual online games.
- Excellent knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
- Up to date with game standards and innovation in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communications.
- Able to comfortably communicate in English (written/oral).
- Must be passionate about games and game design

- Worked on 3d games.
- Worked on Social and Casual games.
- Chinese language skills.
- Art skills.
- Creative writing skills.
- Programming skills.
