职位描述
Responsibilities:
1 Work closely with the Design and Development teams to plan, design and implement features which improve game virality, engagement and monetization.
2 Assist Product Managers in collecting and analyzing game metrics, help transform data into actionable items which improve KPIs.
3 Manage the creation of promotional materials.
4 Keep stakeholders updated about the status of projects, and the progress of new development.
5 Effectively transform data and ideas into compelling pitches for new features and improvements.
Requirements:
1 1-3 years of experience in product management in consumer web or game development
2 Self-motivated, team player, analytical and ability to prioritize tasks.
3 Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
4 Understanding of metrics and analysis
5 Outstanding written and oral communication skills
6 Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Additional Qualifications (Desirable but not required)
1 BS/MS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering
2 Strong experience and/or passion for Social Media.
3 Strong with MS Office
