职位描述：

1、负责与用户沟通，深入了解需求，并形成需求分析文档。

2、负责软件系统的模块设计、代码开发；

3、参与系统功能详细设计并编制文档；

应聘条件：

1、3年以上JAVA开发和J2EE应用开发经验；

2、精通JAVA语言，HTML语言，JavaScript语言，eclipse开发工具；

3、精通面向对象设计方法、设计模式，逻辑能力佳；

4、熟悉WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat等主流JEE应用服务器

5、熟悉Oracle/DB2/SQLServer/MySql等主流数据库管理系统、相关技术及工具；至少其中两项；

6、熟悉使用CVS，SVN，TFS等版本管理控制工具；

7、具备良好的表达和沟通能力，并具有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；

8、工作积极主动，认真细致，有事业心及良好的团队合作精神和严谨的工作态度；

Job Duties:

- To analyze requirements, write design or program specifications

- To code Java/J2EE applications to implement product features

- Communicate and work closely with peer developers

Skills and Experience Required:

-At least 3 years hands-on experience in J2EE development

-Solid design and implementation skills in Java

-Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML

-Excellent knowledge and skills in development with MVC, familiar with open-source technology,eg.

-Familiar with Oracle/DB2/SQLServer/MySql skills

-Skilled at JavaScript,Jquery is required

-Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

-Good team player and good communication skills

-Highly motivated, positive, detail oriented and responsible

-Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering
