Responsibility:

1. To establish and implement sourcing strategies to accomplish corporate and departmental sourcing objectives.
2. Identify potential suppliers, assess capability, evaluate cost benefits, resolve issues, develop and maintain contingency plans to insure successful sourcing project implementations.
3. Monitor the quality, delivery and cost performance of suppliers to meet our requirement. Manage and develop the suppliers'performance.
4. Liaison between Suppliers, Project Department, Engineering to support cost containment and cost reduction project implementation.
5. Ensure procurement procedures comply with company regulations.
6. Any other tasks as assigned



Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree. Prefer Business / Engineering.
2. At least 5 year products sourcing experience of industrial equipment and processing spare parts in multinational company
3 Knowledge of power plant is an advantage
4.Excellent negotiation and project management skill.
5. Assertive, aggressive, confident and goal oriented
6. Good command of English (written/oral) and PC.
