Job Objective:
Responsibility for coordinating all sales plans, programs and functions. Coordinating and supporting all sales issue.

Key Duties:
To achieve the sales and GP targets according to the annual budget.
Develops action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
Monitors achievement of sales targets;
Assists and supports sales personnel as necessary;
To provide recommendations for improving or adding new product designs and assists with product development and testing.
Work with Production, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics and Customer Service department closely for timely product delivery.
Oversees and verifies reporting of sales activities, including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received, sales by product, actual performance to targets, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Handle other projects as required by senior management.
