1.掌握新的产品供应来源和季节性产品资料，及时提供给上级参考；
2.及时处理产品质量问题和督促供应商及时送货；
3.按上级指示进行外出采购；
4.负责组织安排、批量采购招投标工作；
5.协助上级比较供应商的报价和整理供应商资料；
6.协助上级审核供应商的发票、送货单、报价或订购单等；
7.搜集采购样本或安排供应商示范；
8.向上级报告有关货物运输途中的失误和损坏情况，并负责向有关方面申报赔偿或报关损耗； 9.配合仓库对物品进行验收，确保物品符合申购要求。

任职资格：

1.具有1年以上采购工作经验，熟悉采购程序和采购内容；
2.有较强的协调、沟通能力；
3.具有较高的工作责任感，不以权谋私，保守业务机密； 具有较强的组织、业务实施能力；
4.有一定的协调能力，团结同事，在工作中能够建立良好的人际关系；
5.外向、大方、稳重；
6.思路清晰敏捷；
7.对个人业务的学习领悟方面有可塑性，有发展前景。
