Job Responsibilities:

工作职责：

l To complete the daily operation of Finance Department

财务部日常业务操作

l Responsible for invoicing and collections of accounts receivable

负责开发票，应收账款收款等相关事宜

l To review the purchase order, reimbursement forms and arrange the payment

复核员工报销单，采购申请单的准确性和真实性，负责付款等相关事宜

l Responsible for month-end closing and preparation of financial statements

负责月底关帐和财务报表的编制

l Provide administrative and financial support to supervisor for ad-hoc task

协助配合主管处理公司其他财会方面的工作

Requirements:

职位要求：

l Associate degree or above, preferable with more than 8 years work experience as accountant role

大学专科及以上，8年以上会计工作经验尤佳

l Familiarity with PRC GAAP, accounting concepts and daily operation

熟悉中国会计准则及财务部日常操作

l Familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & UFIDA

熟悉Word, Excel，PowerPoint及用友财务软件

l Basic English communication skill, passed CET-4 exam

基本英语交流能力,通过英语四级考试
