Tasks:
1. Planning/Procurement/Training:
计划、采购、培训
? Supervision of new welding equipment from planning phase until series production
负责新焊接设备从计划到量产阶段的监督与管理
? Supervision of implementing new welding equipment
负责新焊接设备运行的监督和管理
? Participation in the preparation of maintenance plans
参与维修计划的准备过程
? Testing and development of new welding processes
新焊接设备、工艺的调试与改进
? Creation and optimization of welding and robot programs
编写和调整焊接和机械手自动化程序，使之最佳化
? Training of welding technical staff
负责对焊接工人的技术培训
2. Supervision of series production:
量产过程的监督和管理
? Supervision of the welding equipment during series production in accordance to the Quality requirements
在量产过程中负责焊接设备及其工艺正常运行，运行结果要符合产品质量要求
? Adjustment and optimization of welding parameters and maintain the parameter cards
负责焊接设备工作参数的调整并使之最佳化，并维护参数最佳化
? Processing of complaints (for Welding)
解决对焊接工艺的投诉
? Assignment and tracking of repairs (intern and extern)
执行和跟踪焊接设备的维修（内部和外部）
3. Other tasks:

? Determination of welding processes, welding sequence and the sequence of production

Requirements:
? 教育程度Education: Bachelor or higher
? 工作经验年限Experience in Years: minimum 3 years
? 外企工作经验Experience in Foreign Enterprise
? 制造业经验Experience in Manufacturing
? 英语水平Knowledge in English Language: Average
? Experience in welding, especially in MAG-welding, resistance welding, projection welding
丰富的焊接经验，特别是ＭＡＧ电焊，电阻焊和凸焊
? Strict logical thinking ability and com-prehensive analytical skills
