1. SEO工作一年以上，熟悉百度、谷歌、soso等搜索引擎的排名原理及技术特点，尤其是百度的 排名算法，有成功案例；
2. 良好的数据分析能力，对搜索引擎技术有极高的敏锐性，能有效的区别搜索引擎结果特征；
3. 精通 HTML 和 CSS，能独立阅读网页代码，熟悉PHP, Mysql程序；
4. 企业网站的程序设计，实现客户网站开发要求；
5. 根据客户网站相关需求，完成功能设计；
6. 良好的沟通能力、强烈的责任心、创新意识和学习能力，对细节的掌握能力；
7. 熟悉网站数据库编程，对网站规划和制作熟悉者、熟悉SEO，曾接触过百度、谷歌、soso等搜索引擎优化工作、有网站二次开发经验者优先录取。
