Job Description:

* Responding Customer Service requests by emailing, calling and skype-meeting the distributors in Asia-Pacific;
* Research trouble details and translate to engineers and suppliers ;
* Follow up with engineers and suppliers for timely answers;
* Help translate or interprete technical files / solutions in English;
* Handling Customer Service open ticket report and other CS files as required;
* Other duties requested from the management.

Qualifications:
- Degree: any degree in English, international business, electrical science or any related majors;
- Working experience: minimum 1 year working experience;
- English: Very fluent English in speaking and writing ;
- Communication: Strong communication skills required;
- Industry background: any experience in medical and beauty equipment industry is a plus;
- Time management: Good control of time by flowing timely feedbacks to clients and following up answers from engineers and suppliers;
- Team spirit: quick learner and strong willingness to cooperate with other team members, open to other duties and responsiblities to back up the team.
