岗位职责：

财务方面：

Purchase and issue official invoice, calculate tax amount , ensure invoice amount to be same as goods delivery; 购买并开具发票，核对发票，统计税额，确保每月发票总额及ERP系统出货额一致；

Check AR with other department, and deal with money receipt;

联系公司其他部门，核对应收帐款情况，并正确处理收款帐务；

Check all AP documents according to finance requirements, and deal with relative accounts;

核查应付帐款各单据，确保符合财务要求，按流程处理付款帐务；

Setup payment request on Ebank and report to manager;

网银设立各付款交上级审批；

Review employee reimbursement;

审核员工报销;

Manange finance documents and bind paper vouchers;
财务部档案及凭证的整理及装订；

Complete other tasks assigned by finance manager.
完成财务经理指派的其它工作任务。

行政方面：

1. 日常易耗品及办公文具的采购
2. 办公环境的维护管理
3. 与办公供应商的日常沟通
4. 制作日常记录相关表单
5. 完成行政主管安排的其他办公室日常工作

任职要求：

• 大专以上学历，财会或相关专业，具有助理会计师资格证优先；
• 具有行政助理或财务助理经验者优先；
• 有责任感， 能按时完成任务；工作积极主动, 做事认真、仔细、有条理。
• 具备基本英文的听说读写能力
• 良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

Monster Cable Products, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Noel Lee, who was then a laser-fusion design engineer at Lawrence-Livermore Laboratory, as well as an audiophile and professional drummer.
