Responsibilities & Duties: 工作责任
- Responsible for sales of machine tools, setting up sales strategy and targets each year and ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives annually. 负责机床销售，制定公司机床营销策略及目标，确保完成年度目标
- Establish and Maintain good relationship with manufacturers and customers. 与厂家和用户建立和保持良好的关系.
- Complete monthly reports, business trip reports with good quality on time. 及时保质提交月度报告和出差报告
- Comply strictly with compliance policy and other company policies. 严格遵守公司各项规章制度
- Any other tasks assigned by the management. 完成公司管理层交办的其它任务
Required Qualification岗位要求:
- Engineering degree, preferably with sales experience in machine tool industry. 工程学专业，有机床行业销售经验者优先。
- Good general product and technical knowledge of machine tools 对机床产品和技术有良好的基础知识
- Work initiatively and enthusiastically and improve job process continuously. 工作积极主动，不断提高工作水平
- Ability to explore business and sales opportunities and establish good relationship with end-users, partners, etc. 具有开拓市场、抓住销售机遇、建立良好客户关系的能力
Goal-oriented, cost control, good communications skills in English and negotiation skills. 追求目标，控制成本，良好英文沟通与商务谈判能力
