工作职责：
1、负责公司前台接待工作。
2、负责公司电话接转、收发各类文件和传真、文档复印等工作。
3、负责订阅期刊、报纸、杂志并定期更换。
4、负责公司酒店及车票的预订。
5、负责公司固定资产的统计与维护。
6、日常文书、资料整理及其它一般行政事务。
要求：
1、具有大专以上学历，英文良好；
2、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，会借助互联网查找资料。
3、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识。
4、具有良好的适应能力，能在压力下工作。
