丰厚的薪资及福利待遇:试用期无责底薪2700,转正无责底薪3300。个人提成、团队提成、邀约奖金、月度奖、季度奖、年终奖、五险一金等另计。(金融行业收益主要靠高额提成,一分耕耘一分收获!)

特别说明:此职位是公司的精英团队来培养,为公司扩大规模和成立分公司时的核心骨干。与公司其他职位在学习力度上有很大的区别,此职位将学习金融公司整套经营模式,将由行业资深专家培训和带领!

招聘要求:

1、男女不限,年龄20-28岁。应届生亦可!

2、学历要求:大专以上学历,专业不限。对英文暂不做要求。综合能力优秀者,学历可以放宽考虑。

3、热爱金融行业,如果之前对金融行业不了解没关系,但要有良好的品德,较强的学习力、执行力。以及工作承压能力。

4、亲和力佳,有较强的纪律执行意识以及强烈发展进取心,经过公司培训实战后能独挡一面的高素质人才。

工作内容:

1、入职后参加为期7天封闭式培训,主要培训行业介绍、公司介绍、职位介绍、公司目标、中国市场情况、金融基础知识、营销工具电销流程及细节、管理基础等课程。

2、日常的工作内容为:老师会把公司的经营模式分解到每天2-3小时的培训,之后的时间主要放在最难的部分实战电销的流程,电销的方法分解训练,深入到一线中跟客户打电话实践沟通,为产生结果不断尝试,然后记录心得体会以及总结。试想作为一个中层管理如果自己都不懂得打电话营销,以后将如何教你的属下营销?每个人都需要去锻炼,并且熟练掌握,并达到解决电销问题的能力、客户谈判能力、合格的团队管理能力。

学习内容:

公司的经营模式整套系统:1、公司组建系统 2、招聘系统 3、培训系统 4、会议系统 5、沟通系统 6、营销系统7、激励系统 8内控系统 9、专业知识系统 10、客服系统。
