- For our Energy Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Service Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission of the function:
- Provides technical service to customers according to requirements, e.g.: implement service projects (system migration), extension and retrofit, cooperating with subcontractors, etc. , is responsible for achieving defined results
根据要求向客户提供技术服务，例如实行服务方案（系统移植），延伸与翻新，与转包商合作等等，对达成预定的结果负责。
Contacts (internal / external)
- Reports to Service Supervisor. Internal contacts with service sales , project management department, procurement department and logistics department, commercial, controlling, etc.
External contacts with customers, owners, contractors, vendors & subcontractors
向服务主管汇报。对内联系主要是：服务部销售 , 项目管理部门, 采购＆物流部门, 商务部, 内控部门等；对外联系主要是客户，业主，，卖主和转包商。
Task:
- Complete service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments and calibration on systems and components following issued instructions
根据协定的指示开展系统与配件的修理、置换、升级、调节和校准等全部服务
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on appropriate building systems and components according to service level agreement
根据服务协议，对适当的建筑系统和配件提供预防维护与检验。
- Diagnose trouble or defect, determine corrective action and repair system. Optimize the existing system for enhanced efficiency.
检查故障与错误，确定校正措施与修理系统。使现有系统最优化以强化功效。
- Commission materials for customer site. Configure software per job / customer requirements. Program firmware and hardware according to design specifications. Test functionality for customer acceptance.
客户现场调试。应工作/客户的要求配置软件。根据设计要求编程。检测功能性以便客户接受。
- Prepare and facilitate system / product training for customers' use.
准备与推动系统/产品培训以便客户之用。
- Assist in routine project management activities (such as defining schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource (subcontracted) management activities)
- Maintain project progress according to schedule, to budget and to quality standards. Adhere to PM@SBT requirements and deliverables for small projects.
协助日常项目管理活动（例如确定时间表、预算、风险、更改、机遇和资源（转包合同的）管理活动）。
根据时间表、预算和质量标准来维持项目进程。
依从 PM@SBT 需求实施小型项目。
- Interact with customer to discuss project progress status, changes introduced to original scope and an in completion phase of work.
与客户互动进行讨论方案进展情况、及与原合同范围的变更并按期完成。
- Process materials purchase request (for small projects). Monitor delivery schedule for all project materials and resources. React efficiently to avoid project delays or resulting complications.
程序材料的购买请求（对于小项目）。为所有项目材料和资源监控交付时间表。有效应对以避免项目推延 或者导致问题产生。
- Recognize and Identify Opportunities for enhancements to system or replacement/ upgrade or hardware, software or firmware.
发现与识别增强系统或者置换/升级，或者硬件、软件或者固件的机会。
