职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties job holder regularly performs)
1. Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries.
2. Review and ensure that statutory documents, information and data are in order and updated for their portfolio of clients.
3. Review statutory documents and forms and oversee preparation and co-ordination of such information.
4. Remind clients of necessary deadlines.
5. Ensure all communications with clients are supported by e-mails, outlining agreed action steps, responsibilities and deadlines.
6. Ensure prompt billing and responsible for WIP and answer for write-offs. Ensure that the team of staff work within the budget set for each job.
7. Follow-up on outstanding debt to ensure prompt payment by clients.
8. Assist formal and technical training for Corp. Sec Department staff.
9. Groom, coach and train assistants to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently.
10. Provide staff with regular feedback and evaluation.
11. Be a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team members.
12. Encouraged to take initiatives in proposing work improvements and make business development recommendations. Such initiatives will be considered and evaluated.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Strong Microsoft Office skills.
