3D设计师主要职责：
展览及各种会议活动的全案设计、效果图的制作、后期施工图纸及对各种材料工艺的控制。
任职要求：
1.毕业于专业的艺术设计院校，4年以上的设计基础教育； 三至五年3D创意设计工作经验；
2.拥有大型品牌公司活动展台的独立设计经验，成功独立完成大型舞台、会议活动整体设计，具备创新思维；

3.在专业的会展公关公司从业3年以上；优秀的视觉感知表达能力, 熟悉操作3D相关应用软件和平面软件；
4.精通会展活动的全部流程，能够独立实施各类项目，并具备如下技能：
(1)熟练掌握3Dmax/CAD/Photoshop/等相关制图软件；
(2)了解会展设计的核心原理，拥有敏锐地洞察力，开阔的思维，较强的审美观和完整的设计逻辑；
(3)了解搭建施工工艺，熟悉AV设备的基本应用知识；
5.能承受较大的工作压力，尊重沟通的价值，有良好的团队合作意识；
6.擅长将抽象的策略与创意转化为令人折服的三维视觉表现，并能把设计创作与实用功能紧密相结合。
