Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

-Implement business development activities to optimize growth, market
share and profitability to meet or exceed BMS Short and long-term business objectives in responsible area set by Area Manager.
-To acquire and maintain effective and successful relationships with
existing customers.
-Actively promoting BMS products to new customers (projects),
applications and industries. Find new market opportunities.
-Implement pricing strategies of products sold to the industry within
the agreed limits provided by RBS Country Head/Area manager. Provide accurate sales forecast and take care of customers’ payment.
-Support Area Manager on marketing activities when requested.
-To make concrete matketing development plan/proposal
and monitor the industry trend,coordinate with RBS to follow global key
account biz well,to ensure Bayer biz to be expanded smooththly. To
continue to maintain effective and successful relationships and promote Bayer MaterialScience products to existing clients and to ensure customers' requirements are met through excellent customer service, feedback and regular visits To promote the Bayer MaterialScience products to new clients, to priorit order to achieve maximum sales results and to develop effective and ongoing relationships To ensure that sales & profit targets are
achieved, stock levels are well controled ,customer expectation is met
oor exceeded.
-To ensure that budget is on target within the timeframes required & to
provide.
-Systems are in place to monitor progress on a regular basis and to put
in place. contingency plans where necessary to ensure that overall total budget is achieved by end of each financial year
-To supply timely and effective reports on market information to
marketing unit on a regular basis and to make recommendations where
appropriate
-Technical customer serivce, technical marketing, trouble shooting and
complaint handling
-Development of solution for our customers
-Providing technical sales assistance and value added activities to MUs
-Conduct product and technical training/seminar to customer and
marketing units.
-Market/application and product/processing development
-Identification of potential new business through innovative
products/application development
-Ensure coordinate and communication with BD regional technical people
-Co-operation with and supporting Market Units
-Provide technical services with cost effective approach
-Keep abreast of technology development by effective liaison with
regional technical people on product development and innovations



Requirements Description

-University graduate major in Plastic Engineering. / Polymer Science or
Mechanical Engineering
-More than 5 years working experience in the Auto plastic industry,
preferably with hand on experience in injection molding process and
tooling fabrication.
-Familiar with mold design and all type of plastics processing
technology
-Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
-Process good interpersonal skill
-A team player
-Good communication skill at all level in the organisation
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Mature, organise and reliable
-Show initiative and keen to improve on skill and knowledge
