Job Responsibilities:
1.Search distributor in china according to company china business plan, build distribution network and after sale service network in assigned area
根据公司在中国的销售计划在国内寻找代理商，在所辖区域建立销售和售后服务网络
2.Complete sales target in assigned area, promote company products and brand, execute the developing plan made by sales manager
完成所辖区域的销售任务，推广公司产品和品牌，执行销售经理制定的开拓计划
3.Research and monitor the market in assigned area 对所辖区域的市场进行调查和监控
4.All kinds of support including market, technical, supervise motivate and monitor distributor, enhance their faithfulness to company对经销商进行市场和技术等各方面的支持，管理监控经销商销售行为，激励其占有更多的市场份额，增强其品牌忠诚度
5.Harmonize cooperation between distributor and different department of factory
协调经销商与工厂其它部门的工作衔接 6.Report market situation termly including order, delivery, stock of distributor, sales of distributor and their market share.
定期汇报市场动向包括订单数量，发货状态，经销商的库存和销售状况，市场占有情况
7.Visit distributor and end user termly and get reply
定期拜访经销商和终端客户，取得反馈信息
8.Follow up big project
大型项目的跟踪和处理

Job Qualification:
●Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Electrical or Mechanical or similar
机械、电气或相关专业本科学士学位
●More than 3 years experience in sales, preferably in generator & generating set manufacturing industry
三年以上的国内机电产品销售经验，发电机组制造厂商工作经历者优先
●Preferably training of Electrical or Mechanical products
Preferably training of sales & marketing
有机电类产品受训经验者优先
有销售和市场类受训经验者优先
●Familiar with office software and Email
能熟练应用办公软件，收发Email
●strong communicate ability , good affinity, learn and accept new knowledge fast, Desire for exertion, no afraid hard work, have collectivism, open & direct & clear personality, Ability to work independently

Our head office is located in San Javier, Murcia, in the south-east of Spain where all our range of products is designed and developed and all our managerial, commercial, technical advice services, maintenance and distribution tasks are carried out. We have the wholly owned company in the USA, France and Argentina. We provide the high quality generators for the worlds.
Himoninsa (Changzhou) is a wholly owned company invested by Himoninsa group in 2004. It is located in Jiangsu Wujing High and New District. The whole occupied area is 60k square meters. The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
