行政人事助理，主要职责包括但不限于

* 办公室行政支持，包括会议室安排，公司活动支持，文件整理、分类及保管，办公用品采购、办公设备设施定期维修，办公环境日常维护等

* 人事管理支持，包括员工考勤，招聘协助

* 其他职责：该岗位兼任前台接待工作，电话的接听、转接，信件报刊快递的收发，部分资料的翻译整理等

入职要求
-正规院校大专以上学历
-熟练使用电脑及相关办公软件
-较好的英语听说读写能力（英文为主要工作语言）
-性格开朗乐观，善于沟通
-有相关经验优先考虑
