3.了解涉外房地产机构服务流程； 有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，能独立承担项目操作；
4.具备卓越的沟通能力、公关能力、决策能力；良好的组织协调能力、计划能力。有强烈的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
5.敬业、有责任感、办事条理清晰、有韧性；
6.英语熟练。
