1.负责所辖项目的物业管理日常工作并建立物业管理队伍及体系；
2.严格执行公司制定的物业服务标准，提升物业服务质量；
3.完成前期、中期、后期的物业管理与运作；
4.为客户提供优质服务，维护与客户的良好关系，展示公司良好形象。

任职要求：

1.40岁以下，形象气质佳，英文流利；
2.本科以上学历，具有物业管理上岗证书等相关资格证书；
3.3年以上物业管理公司同岗位或部门经理以上工作经验，熟悉物业管理条例和物业管理操作流程；
4.熟悉水、消防系统的监控维护知识，并熟悉大型商场物业项目的工程维修、安保、客户服务、清洁等管理；
5.具有较强的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力和解决问题的能力。
