1 Position: CBC/EF
2 Job Title: Tax Compliance Team leader
3 Reporting
The tax compliance team leader is reporting to the tax unit manager.
Tax unit manager defines and follows up objectives and targets for the position. PD talks and appraisal reviews are the responsibility of tax unit manager.
4 Responsibilities
The tax compliance team leader is responsible for tax compliance related issues including:
 Extracting financial information from system for tax reporting purpose
 Preparing computations and filing tax returns (including all direct and indirect tax) to tax authorities
 Preparing and submitting various reports required by local tax authorities
 Completing the reconciliations for tax payment and GL account
 Completing the internal control requirements, i.e. AssureNet and SOX control
 Preparing all necessary documents including applications to get various tax certificates and approval of changes in tax registration etc.
 Supporting tax manager to prepare documentations for tax related inquires and investigations of all Ericsson companies by PRC tax authorities
 Supporting tax manager to perform tax exposure analysis and tax planning, and driving the improvements in tax practices in China
 Leading team members to complete the above responsibilities

 Access to policies and directives related to Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting and Financial Control of Ericsson Group
 Access to Ericsson Financial Reporting System (ECON) for financial results of all China companies.
 Access to ERP systems of all Ericsson companies in China

Qualifications

7 Competence requirement
 University degree in Finance/Tax
 Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and dedicated
 Ability to work under constant pressure
 Fluent in PRC tax regulations, tax practices and accounting principles
 Comprehensive understanding of Ericsson financial accounting and reporting directives
 Minimum 3 year working experience in top MNCs as tax responsible
 Fluent in English, written and oral
