Job Summary:

Day-to-day Processing transactions promptly into the relevant operating systems according to customer instruction: Liaising with front office, counter party to ensure the smooth processing of transactions Handle day-day-to-day queries from both internal and external customers and provide operational support Review all documents or instructions received from customers or Front Office and highlight any discrepancies or inconsistency Preparation of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposes Ensure that the Bank’s and relevant regulatory procedures and controls are adhered to Employee engagement in the Bank’s activities Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. To ensure that all transactions received are handled efficiently and effectively in a timely manner. Customer Contact including external and internal.

Job Responsibilities:

To perform 1Lod for customer drawdown / rollover/payment and ensure all conditions precedent are matched before drawdown.
To arrange funding, initiate payment to borrower after approval and send loan confirmation to borrower
To send tracer and monitor timely receipt of principal payments, interest and fees
To fulfil local regulatory reporting requirement such as PBOC/SAFE/CBIRC
To co ordinate with IBSS *** CFS team to book loan in the system timely
Act as the Backup role assigned by team head in CSD team.
To issue VAT invoice for related customers
To participate all internal/external projects
What we are looking for:

University degree majoring in Financial , Finance or other related disciplines
At least 6-8 years operation experience, mainly focus on the Loan/Gtee/Facility handling experience is preferable
Must have an eye for detail, be thorough and meticulous
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess good interpersonal skills
Good English language capabilities both in writing and speaking
