职责描述
1.独立开展巴拿马、灵便船或海峡船型的干散货租船工作；
2.了解国际航运大宗干散货租船市场，及时对市场短期趋势做出分析判断，定期对行业做深度研究；
3.熟悉海商法、国际航运管理规定等，熟悉国际租船合约，熟练使用运费衍生品FFA；
4.负责协调解决租船合同执行过程中的问题，做好与船东，货主的沟通工作；
5.开拓市场，扩展租船业务。

职位要求：
1. 交通运输、海商法、国际贸易等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 有3年以上在船公司、货主公司、船舶经营人公司或租船经纪公司工作经验；
3. 大学英语6级及以上，听说读写流利；
4. 有责任心、事业心；
5.具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神；
6.具有独立思考和处理问题的能力。

Accountabilities
1. Be able to handle dry bulk vessel’ s chartering independently.
2. Understand the international dry bulk cargo charter market, analyze the short-term trend of the market timely, and conduct in-depth research regularly.
3. Understand maritime law, international shipping management regulations, familiar with charter parties, and skilled in using freight derivatives FFA.
4. Be responsible for coordinating and resolving issues in the execution process of Charter Party, and for conducting effective communication with ship owners and charterers.
5. Develop the market resources and expand the chartering business.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics, Maritime Law, International Trade ETC. 2. 5 years or above related working experiences.
3. CET-6 or above, fluent in English.
4. Be conscientious in work, willing to learn new knowledge.
5. Possesses good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
6. Have abilities of independent thinking and dealing with problems.
