职位描述：
1. 对接客户并及时了解客户的需求，通过外部供应商实现交付客户招聘需求
2. 开拓并维护运营外部供应商，将客户需求准确传达并提升外部交付数量
3. 及时将外部供应商推荐简历筛选并电话沟通，符合客户要求的简历***时间推送到企业
4. 定期梳理各个项目供应商合作情况，并为今后项目需要合作的优质供应商做好铺垫
5. 能够完成公司给予的指标及每周的KPI考核

任职资格：
1. 统招大专及以上学历；有人力资源相关专业背景优先考虑；
2. 能够灵活处理供应商的合作关系
3. 有猎头供应商运营的经验优先考虑
4. 踏实认真、沟通表达能力强，口齿清楚，有亲和力；
5. 积极热情，精力充沛，有团队精神；
6. 敢于挑战自我，能够承受较强的工作压力；
7. 了解招聘日常工作内容，愿意长期深耕人力资源招聘模块；
