职位描述
职位职能Job descriptions:
1. 主要从事智能视频产品的业务开发及客户关系维护等工作;
Mainly engaged in business development of intelligent video products and customer relationship maintenance.
2. 负责商业零售系统、企业客户、大型企业行业项目数据收集,项目跟踪,制定完善的销售方案,执行公司销售策略等;
Responsible for industry projects data collection and project tracking of commercial retail system, enterprise customers and large enterprises, developing perfect sales proposal and implementing the company's sales strategies.
3. 制定区域销售计划、年度、季度销售计划,及时完成公司下达的销售任务;
Make regional sales plans, annual and quarterly sales plans, and timely completed the sales tasks assigned by the company.
4. 熟悉企事业单位采购招投标流程,正确熟练运用采购项目运作操作技巧;
Familiar with the procurement bidding process of enterprises and public institutions, correctly and skillfully use the operation skills of procurement projects.
5. 对信息化行业有充足的热情,具有抗压和自我挑战的职业素养。

6. 完成公司系统集成领域的销售任务;负责公司项目销售,信息收集、筛选、跟踪;

岗位要求Job Requirements:
1. 大专以上学历,熟悉项目运作流程,有商业零售系统、企业客户、大型企业系统,大型工业园区3年以上销售经验。
College degree or above, familiar with the project operation process, with more than 3 years of sales experience in commercial retail system, enterprise customer system, large enterprise system and large industrial park.
2. 熟悉购物中心、商业大楼的客智能化解决方案(包括综合客流系统、智能机器人、智能洗手间系统)或熟悉智能监控市场,曾经独立完成过50万以上项目。
Experience: Familiar with customer intelligence solutions for shopping centers and commercial buildings (including integrated people counting system, intelligent robot and intelligent toilet system) or intelligent monitoring market, and have independently completed project that the total amount is more than 0.5 million RMB.
3. 熟悉视频领域的产品及系统构架,能独立完成客户发现,方案制作,项目管理及控制,收款等。
Familiar with the products and system architecture in the video field, able to independently complete customer discovery, scheme making, project management & control, and payment collection, etc.
4. 具备独立工作能力和较强的市场开拓能力。
Work independently and have strong market development ability.
5. 具有亲和力和应变能力,良好的职业素养、判断力和沟通能力,有良好的团队合作精神;
With affinity and adaptability, good professional qualities, judgment and communication skills, good teamwork spirit.
6. 有智能视频AI从业背景及经验积累者优先;
Intelligent video AI background and experience is preferred.
7. 熟练使用OFFICE等办公工具
Proficient in Office and other OFFICE tools.
8. 能接受出差,出差时间根据项目定,最长出差时间在两周内。
Accept business trip, the time of business trip is determined according to the project, the longest time of business trip is two weeks.
9. 服从公司安排。
Obey company arrangements.
10. 办公地点:北京,市场区域:面向全国,主要以北方市场为主。

11. 待遇:五险一金,节日福利。
薪水:底薪+提成
底薪:¥10,000 - ¥15,000,根据利润率提成:销售额的1%-6%
Welfare: five social insurance and one housing fund, festival benefits.
Salary: basic salary + commission
Base salary: ¥10,000-15,000, commission based on profit margin: 1%-6% of sales
