职位描述
Summary of the role:
Be able to conducts sales activities in assigned region of China. Sales activity coordination involves performing the following duties personally or in conjunction with CCI representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Lead the NCP Sales Team to ensure to meet the sales target every year.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plan to close orders and meet annual sales goals for the region of responsibility.
3. Build strong relationships with key account and end user to drive CCI preference or sole source purchase on new construction projects.
4. Manage and review with team in terms of tasks assignment, sales performance and compliance operationals, etc.
5. Manage the CCI agencies in the aspects of technical, commercial and compliance, etc.
6. Control and budget the annaul expense, such as travel, entertainment, etc.
7. Own the sense of all projects information in China Power Industry and keep good relationship with Electric Power Design Institute, Boiler Manufacture Work and other Key accounts for Power Plant.
8. People coaching and development skills.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in managing teams.
2. Excellence communication in English both in verbal and written
3. Knowledge of control valve sizing and specification, principles and theories of mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics, severe service control valve competitor products.
4. Customer relations skills.
5. Must have strong interpersonal skills.
6. Must have professional maturity and diplomacy with internal and external customers.
7. Excellent organizational skills preferred.
8. Able to work in a multi-task environment is preferred.
9. Detail oriented is preferred.
