• Quality Assurance and Standardization of Training Service Delivery

• Course Development and Retrofit
• 培训课程的开发与改造
• Training equipment maintenance and keep ready
• 培训设施的日常维护与维修
• Knowledge Management and Sharing

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience on factory automation system applications.
• 熟悉TIA博途，S7控制器，工业通讯网络，人机界面软件，安全集成，驱动器等自动化技术与行业应用
• Familiar with Industrial Software i.e. Mechatronic CAD, PLM, MES, Data Security, will be prior
• 了解机电一体化CAD设计，PLM产品生命周期管理，MES制造执行系统，或工厂数据安全，将优先考虑
•  Strong learning capabilities
• 具备很强的学习能力
•  Easy Communication and High Presentation skills
• 具备良好的表达与沟通能力
• Mindset and identity with customer service and training
• 对客户培训的理念具有积极的职业认同感
• Strong English language skills
• 具备流利的英语
• Electric Engineering and Automation Background, 5+ years project experience
• 具备电气工程及其自动化、机械制造及其自动化等相关专业背景，本科或硕士以上学历，具有5年以上项目经验。
• Project experience in planning, installation, programming, commissioning and service.
• 具备自动化系统方案设计、硬件安装、软件编程，现场调试与服务等项目工程经验。
• Working for or within an international environment is mandatory.
• 具备在跨文化环境中的工作经验
• Strong English language skills
• 具备流利的英语
