Air Charter Service was established in 1990 in the basement of our chairman’s home and today employs over 500 people globally, across 25+ offices on six continents. We are not just the largest charter brokerage in the world, but also the largest charter family, holding those same values that started this business at the core of everything we do.

Our Cargo team are pivotal in managing Charters ranging from Elephant to Engines, Relief to Rally cars and anything in between. This wide-ranging variety of Cargo Charters means our Brokers have to be both versatile and dynamic.

We are searching for a passionate Cargo Broker to tell the story of ACS!

LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

• Building your list of potential clients by researching our own database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc.
• 搜索公司内部的信息库，网站，领英和行业出版物建立自己的客户列表
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients in to ACS clients
• 电话、邮件和拜访的形式（线上或线下）联系你的目标客户并达成销售

·         Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure we are able to provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirements

与私人飞机的航司保持密切联系，***限度确保包机运力的购买力

• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

与客户保持良好关系，确保客户能再次预定。

·         Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets

确保持续完成销售目标和考核标准

·         Confirming company procedures are being followed in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both ACS and the client

确保严格有序地遵守公司规章制度，保护公司和客户的利益。

·         Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

·         Managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion

·         Flight watching/overseeing flight departures

ACS创始人克里斯·里奇（Chris Leach）的父亲曾是一名飞行员，这让克里斯骨子里对航空事业充满向往。1990年，他在英国小镇泰晤士河畔金斯顿自家的地下室，看到包机市场是一个有利可图的商机。虽然当时市场相对饱和，但似乎缺少了某些东西。在70年代，他效力于Saturn航空公司，开始涉足航空业，这些经历让他认识到，个性化服务才是关键。客户都希望得到妥善对待，希望能够与为他们服务的商家互相信任——而后者通常被很多公司所忽略。

克里斯相信成立一家新的包机公司还有盈利空间，但是这样的一家公司必须专注于卓越的服务，并与客户建立长期的友好关系。他坚信，如果能为客户提供超过其预期的优质服务，他们一定会再次使用你的服务。有了这样的蓝图，克里斯相信他能建立起一个有前途的企业，ACS就这样应运而生了。
无论客户是委托我们为他们自己提供飞机服务，还是运输其他乘客或重要的货物，我们都承诺提供超出客户预期的个性化服务，让他们全程无需任何担忧或疑虑。

几十年之后的今天，我们的办事网络遍及北美、南美、欧洲、非洲、独联体、中东及亚洲，ACS引以为傲地为全球成千上万的客户提供服务。事实上，我们每年为客户安排近9000架包机。

虽然我们从白手起家发展成为今天的国际领先大型公司，但是我们承诺的客户服务标准从未改变，依然是我们公司的根基。
艾尔环球商务服务（北京）有限公司办公室成立于2012年，最初业务为VIP包机服务，到了2014年，业务扩展到团队包机。2015年，公司计划开立一个新的部门，也就是货运和手递手运输服务部。

经过3年的发展，艾尔环球团队已经越来越被业界和客户认可。我们立足于北京，通过利用ACS的全球包机网络服务于全中国的客户。
