Responsibility：

1.Be purchasing representative in cross-functional development project;

2.Plans and monitors project schedule and status;

3.Manage technical and commercial purchasing activities:

• Research, selection, supervision, evaluation and development of suppliers in consideration of the commodity sourcing approach & supplier nomination strategies;
• Develop a reliable supplier panel on the assigned commodities and sub commodities (quality, risk management, logistics, R&D, productivity) and approve the strategic supplier set;
• Negotiation of contracts and prices. Put in place all relevant standardized documents (contracts , agreements, ...);
• Creation of market-, value- and make-or-buy- analyses.

4.Drafting, sending and evaluation of global/international RfQ’s;

5.Investigate market to integrate new suppliers and new technologies;

6.Ensure early involvement of suppliers in development process;

7.Troubleshooting, order- and data management

Requirements：

• Degree in industrial engineering / business management with professional experience in purchasing function (3-5 years)
• Good communication and assertiveness.
• Well organized and independently working.
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
