The Job :

- To be responsible for processing nature assignments

- To achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers' needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance

- To ensure all data entered into system timely and accurately

- To have basic knowledge about Air/Ocean/Transcon/DS operation procedure, concept, policy and general practice

The Qualifications:

- University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent

- CET-4 or above, can use English as working language

- Excellent communication and PC skills

- Able to undertake stress

Key Accountabilities:

- To better understand Expeditors business culture

- To have basic knowledge about Air/Ocean/Transcon/DS operation procedure, concept, policy and general practice.

- Provide customer service to specific accounts.

Working Conditions:

- No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent

walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.

- Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable

elements. Minimum exposure to adverse or hazardous working conditions.

Others:
