Job Objective:
*The principal responsibility of the incumbent is to create, promote and satisfy continuous demand for the brand through the strategic planning and tactical management of marketing communications and activities. Work closely with sales team to evaluate market feedback and customer needs to deliver branding enhancement, recommend and implement effective market promo packages for incremental sales business.

Key Duties:
*Engaged and actively involved with sales department in the planning & implementation
of promotion activities.
*Work closely with sales and merchandising departments in new product strategies, new
product communication and launch by recommend strategic marketing plan, be specific
on product lines focus, target customer needs as per best of company products and
customer benefits
*Coordinate marketing activities and ensure good communication process to entire working team for smooth operation roll out
*Prepare acquisition request for purchase of marketing material base on market standard, costing benefits and customer demand
*Coordinate with vendors on timely delivery of marketing materials, measure and
manage their performance, implement solid service level agreement to ensure happy
working relationship and avoid dispute where necessary
*Handle other projects as required by superior and be open with new idea, has strong
self courage, propose and drive innovative marketing plan
*Proficient at using OA software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CorelDraw, SEO and SEM etc

Abilities and Skills:
*Good in presentation and communication, has good strategy marketing plan, good
leadership and have power to influence
*Positive thinker with good working attitude
*Cheerful, passionate a and energetic

Requirements:
*University graduate, good command of English preferred
*Hard working and be good team player,
*3-5 years marketing experience
*Good planning and coordination capability
