Immigration Team Leader X 1
Primary Role: Working location will be in client’s office located in Chaoyang District, responsible for managing Santa Fe onsite team to ensure high level visa & immigration services delivered to client compliantly and consistently, driving the improvement of the operational service delivery of the team through mentoring, coaching and facilitating training, and maintaining very high client satisfaction level and close update with Santa Fe management team.
Qualifications:
? College above degree
? Must have at least 5 years and above of visa & immigration experience (inbound / outbound) in China
? Possess experience in managing a team of at least 4 – 5 team members
? Good computer skill, MS office, Outlook, Power Point, Excel etc.
? Fluent English and Chinese on writing and oral. Additional language apart from native language is a bonus.
? Customer service experience with excellent customer service attitude;
? Strong communication / negotiation / organization skills, pro-active, can do attitude and team work, problem /conflict resolving skills
? Attention to details
? Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
? An assertive person with good interpersonal skills, both written and on the phone;
Immigration Consultant X 2
Primary Role: Working location will be in client’s office located in Chaoyang District, responsible for professionally providing the Visa & Immigration (V&I) services and advisory to our client compliantly and consistently.
Qualifications:
? College above degree
? Must have at least 1 - 2 years and above of visa & immigration experience
? Good computer skill, MS office, Outlook, etc.
? Fluent English and Chinese on writing and oral
? Customer service experience
? Good communication / negotiation / organization skills, pro-active, can do attitude and team work, problem /conflict resolving skills
? Attention to details
? Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
