职责描述：
1. Be responsible for SiL simulation as a test instance of our predictive safety functions and
safety functions
2. Develop, maintain and continuously improve our SiL toolchain and simulation models for
highly efficient testing
3. Planning, coordinating and supporting all SIL testing activities including:
o Scenario modeling and Scenario-based testing
o Support of functional design through simulation results
4. Drive continuous improvement and innovation
5. Apply agile working methods according to development methodology
任职要求：
1. Bachelor/Master degree in the engineering or computer science areas
2. Several years of professional experience in the field of Sil testing, simulation or software
development
3. Good knowledge of C/C ++ and Python
4. Good knowledge of simulation tools such as IPG CarMaker is an advantage
5. Good knowledge of testing principles/methods comparable to ISTQB foundation level
6. Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
7. High level of own initiative, self-management and team orientation
