Main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
主要工作职责包括但不限于：
1. Establish the management mechanism for health management service providers, vendors based on the company’s business strategies:
- set up the health management service provider network;
- streamline the operational procedure and service standards;
- monitor the service quality and users’ feedback to rank the suppliers;
根据公司发展战略搭建健康管理供应商管理体系，建立供应商网络，统一服务流程及服务标准，并基于服务质量及用户服务评价形成优选和退出机制；
2. Construct and manage the on-line mall of health management services, responsible for provision of business requirement development, participate into the whole process of service product development, coordinate the internal and external resources to facilitate the launch of both platform and services;
构建并管理在线健康管理服务商城，提交系统开发需求，参与产品开发全流程，并协调公司内外部资源以推动系统及服务顺利落地；
3. Lead the team to develop provider network, closely monitor the service quality of the providers, optimize the service procedures to ensure best user experience;
带领团队拓展及维护供应商网络，监督供应商的服务质量，优化健康服务产品使用流程，确保良好的用户体验；
4. Initiate new service items based on user requirements as well as insights into the trend of health insurance and health management industry;
洞悉健康险及健康管理行业发展趋势，基于用户需求开发创新服务项目，寻找合格供应商并设定服务流程；
5. Comply with the laws, regulations and company guidelines on the delivery of services;
遵循政府及公司对于运营质量及合规的各项法律法规及内部规章制度；
6. Any other tasks as assigned by the management team.
完成公司管理层交办的其他工作。
Qualification / Profile 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in medical science, pharmaceutical science or insurance are preferred;
大学本科及以上学历，有医学、药学、保险学等专业相关背景为佳；
2. 5+ years’ working experience in health management industry, familiar with the set-up and administration of health management platform, knowledgeable about the operating models of health and medical industry and abundant resources in relevant industries, and provider network;
5年以上健康管理工作经验，熟悉健康管理平台的筹备管理工作，了解医疗行业及健康服务产品体系的运作模式，具有深厚的行业资源背景和广泛的供应商资源，以及丰富的供应商管理经验；
3. Familiar with the business models and operational procedures of insurance companies, can develop new service items depending on customer needs;
熟悉保险公司的商业模式和基本运营流程，能根据客户需求开发新的服务项目；
4． Good at cross-functional communications, coordination and cooperation, creative in problem solving;
擅长沟通协调及跨团队合作，具备创新精神；
5． Ambitious and self-motivated, can work and deliver under pressure and adaptable to frequent business travels when necessary.
积极进取，自我驱动，有较强的抗压能力，适应出差。
