Main Aim of Job 主要工作

1. Responsible to achieve optimized production flow and high technical availability of the installed manufacturing equipment and workstations to meet the targeted productivity, quality and cost objectives.优化及改进生产线以满足产能、质量及生产成本目标;

2. As project leader of the plant, take lead the plant team to work with the customer team for the new project developing.作为工厂的项目负责人带领工厂团队与客户组一起进行新项目开发.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities 具体职能

1. Take lead the ECN in the plant and follow up related action plan to ensure smooth implementation. 领导工厂工程变更，跟踪相关的行动计划的实施，保证变更顺利的实施;

2. Draft and implement all necessary WI, change over instruction and other standard process files, related trainings as well. 编写及持续改进生产线作业指导书,换型指导等标准工艺文件及相应的培训;

3. POKAYOKE management and update: Draft POKAYOKE list & WI for its verification. 防错管理及更新：防错清单、防错验证指导书;

4. Maintain all parameters related to products & process. 管理与产品和过程相关的参数;

5. Responsible for the design and debugging of the production tooling for the SOP. 量产工装的设计及调试;

6. Analyze the root causes of quality failure mode, propose and implement actions to avoid any repetition; 生产线质量问题失效模式根本原因的分析，提出改进措施并实施;

7. Analyze, propose and implement improvements related to the processes and equipment in order to increase the productivity and the quality. 对相关的工艺和设备进行持续改进，提高生产效率和质量;

8. Develop production capability and optimize production layouts. 生产过程能力研究，生产布局优化;

9. Take lead the plant team to work with the customer team for the new project developing. 带领工厂团队与客户组一起进行新项目开发,并保证项目顺利投产;

10. Transfer of lessons learned from projects  & other plants to PEK plants. 学习并传递其它工厂/项目中的经验;

11. Finish the temporary tasks from the managers.完成上级经理布置的临时任务.

Requirements 岗位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automation/Industrial Engineering. 大学本科，机械/自动化/工业工程专业;

2. At least 3 years working experience in IE or ME or related field. 至少3年IE或ME工作经验;

3. FMEA knowledge and skill for manufacturing process design. 熟悉生产过程失效模式工具;

4. Proficiency in MTM analysis (Preferred). 熟悉方法-时间测量工具;

5. Experience with SAP(preferred). 有SAP系统维护经验;

6. Project management skill (preferred). 有项目管理及类似经验.
